Moya Brown

Ms. Brown is Vice President of Marketing, Campbell Canada. She is responsible for driving consumer and shopper engagement through Canadian-led strategy, and integrated activation, in addition to providing overall leadership to the Campbell Canada Marketing team. She leads teams across powerhouse brands including iconic Campbell’s soup, Chunky soup, Goldfish and V8.

An agile and collaborative leader, Moya’s passion for strategic, consumer-driven and truly integrated marketing has led to compound annual growth over the past five years for the Campbell simple meals business. More recently, Moya led the successful revitalization of the Campbell ready to serve soup business, driving share growth and category expansion.

Prior to joining Campbell Canada in 2002, Moya was a brand manager at Procter & Gamble in both Toronto and the United States.

Moya’s commitment to excellence, innovation and best in-class marketing keeps her connected to the marketing and advertising community. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Canadian Advertisers (ACA) and as an executive leader for Camp Campbell, a program to develop the next generation of female leaders.

Shelagh Stoneham

Shoppers Drug Mart is Canada’s leading health, beauty and convenience retailer, with more than 1,240 full-service retail drug stores across Canada and $11.1 billion in sales in 2013. Shoppers Drug Mart has successfully leveraged its leadership position in pharmacy and its convenient store locations to capture a significant share of the market in front store merchandise, including over-the-counter medications, health and beauty aids, cosmetics and fragrances, seasonal products and everyday household essentials.


As Senior Vice President Marketing, Ms. Stoneham’s key accountabilities include: brand, consumer and marketing strategy, development of brand identity and essence, customer experience, customer relationship management, digital development, leading multi-channel design including store and visual merchandising, advertising, agency management, marketing creation, media planning and investment.


Prior to joining Shoppers Drug Mart in 2014, Ms. Stoneham was Senior Vice President and General Manager, Brands & Marketing Communications, Rogers Communications, a position she held since2007.
Ms. Stoneham is a dynamic and innovative senior marketing leader with tremendous experience and success optimizing shareholder value for top tier organizations. She is highly collaborative, equally skilled at creating, building, and revitalizing brands as developing, inspiring, coaching and managing strong professional teams.
Her experience spans a broad range of sectors including telecommunications, packaged goods, retail, high tech, airline, brand-name and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals. Ms. Stoneham is an award-winning brand thought leader with a relentless drive for innovation and excellence.


Ms. Stoneham serves as Canadian Chair of the Alliance for Audited Media North America (formerly Audit Bureau of Circulation North America), Vice Chair of the North American Board, a Director of the Women’s College Hospital Foundation Board and a Director of the Vividata Board (formerly PMB and NadBank).

Claude Auchu

For 25 years, Claude has been obsessed with everything and anything related to design. Some call him a bit of a fanatic. We prefer to think of him as a branding ace. The difficult challenges of the retail industry inspire and drive him — instilling a sense of passion in him that he has put to use advising top companies across the country.

He graduated with top honours from UQAM with a bachelor’s degree in design, and is now founding partner and creative director of lg2boutique, one of Canada’s most awarded and respected design studios.

A graphic design devotee, conference speaker and president and member of numerous juries including the 2015 CLIO, Claude has accepted awards for his work many times over at North American and international awards competitions.

After just nine years of work under Claude’s leadership, lg2boutique has garnered nearly 300 national and international awards including a Cannes Lion, four Clios, a One Show pencil, the 2012 AACE Award for Best design project in Canada, and several appearances in the Communication Arts Design Annual. As well as being the most awarded studio at Quebec’s Grafika awards for the last three years. All of this stands as a testament to the quality of lg2boutique’s work under Claude’s expert eye.

As Director of Marketing at Post Consumer Brands David is responsible for leading the Canadian marketing function and is an integral member of the Canadian Leadership team.

His current responsibilities include managing the integration of control and national brand content in all national, seasonal, strategic, and experiential customer programs.

Ron Craig

Ron Craig is currently Vice President, Marketing and Business Development for The Source (Bell) Electronic, with overall responsibility for brand marketing, ecommerce and business development for Bell Canada’s 550 store consumer electronics retail chain.  Prior to joining The Source, Ron's  20+ year career has included executive roles in marketing,  retail operations and business development at various organizations including Cara Operations, Ontario Lottery and Gaming and Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation.

Emma Eriksson

Emma Eriksson currently leads the General Mills Cereal business and is also head of Promotions and Partnerships. She has more than 17 years of experience and has held various marketing and brand innovation roles at General Mills.

Caroline Losson

After a few years in sponsorship and communications at Just For Laughs, Caroline moved to the food industry, where she has been for the past 20 years in various functions of brand marketing and innovation. First at Coca-Cola, then at Molson, where she managed the Molson Brands. And for the last 6 years, Caroline has been able to fulfill her true passion for brand building and innovation as Vice president marketing for Agropur, Division Natrel. Leveraging a creative approach anchored in consumer insights, strong teams and agency parterships, she has been able to bring brands and new products to life to an otherwise fairly conservative dairy industry.

Nancy Modrcin

Nancy Modrcin joined Metro Inc. as senior director, marketing in January 2012. In this role she is accountable for brand strategy, advertising, shopper marketing, consumer promotions, PR & in-store experience, as well as building integrated marketing solutions for the Ontario market in conjunction with the loyalty and digital teams. Prior to joining Metro, Modrcin managed many globally recognized brand and product portfolios at several entertainment and lifestyle focused companies, including Mattel, NBC Universal, Harlequin and The Walt Disney Company. She has an Honours BA from York University. 

Shirley Mukerjea

Shirley Mukerjea is the Director of Marketing for Portfolio & Shopper Marketing at PepsiCo Foods Canada. Shirley has been with PepsiCo Canada for over seven years in increasingly progressive roles and has led several of the Company’s iconic brands like Tropicana and Gatorade. In her current role, Shirley leads a team of passionate marketers who create successful channel strategies, leverage the power of the PepsiCo portfolio across Foods and Beverage divisions, activate sports properties and partnerships, and drive strong shopper marketing programming across various retailers.

Shirley’s 12-plus years of CPG experience spans across all aspects of consumer marketing including brand strategy, advertising and communications, sports marketing, innovation & new business strategy, consumer and shopper insights, P&L management, and cross functional team leadership. Shirley is known for delivering insight-driven, breakthrough consumer programs that drive growth and build brands. As an accomplished Marketer, Shirley has been recognized with several industry accolades including a Cannes Gold Lion, Cassies, Bessies, and Sports Marketing Clios.

When Shirley takes a break from Marketing, you can find her with family and friends, discovering new parts of Toronto or the world. She has a huge passion for travel and discovering new cultures, having visited 27 countries so far. Shirley is also invested in building the future of marketing talent in Canada, having guest lectured at the Schulich School of Business, York University.

Tara O'Doherty

As Cossette’s VP of Customer Strategy, Tara`s mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, touchpoints, digital transformations, and digital commerce conversion that not only provide the ‘wow’ effect for the consumer or business, but also surpass brand, engagement, productivity, usability, and revenue goals for the organization. She has expert-level expertise in human factors methodology, design psychology, rapid/agile development, customer validation and testing, and conversion science that enable companies globally to experience optimization ROI from 23% - 400%+.

Tara has been featured in a number of magazines and newspapers and speaks at dozens of conferences a year. She has a dusty trophy drawer filled with trinkets like Canada's first Cannes Cyber Lion, several Interactive awards from The One Show, and dozens of CMA Awards. Her work has even been featured in People Magazine, Mashable, and on CNN.

Sheri Pearson, VP, Retail Insights and Strategy, is the strategic lead for Shopper Marketing, Innovation Planning, Shopper Insights and Promotions for all Hunter Straker clients.  As a retail expert, Sheri brings to the table over 15 years of Agency experience including 8 years at Capital C and 4 years at Marketing Drive Worldwide.  

Dr Hugh Phillips

Dr. Hugh Phillips is an internationally recognized expert on the cognitive psychology of shopping, what consumers perceive in store and how they process information in their decision making. Dr. Phillips joined Pareto as its In-Store Scientist, working with clients to understand and improve the visual effectiveness of their in-store communications. He has worked with leading manufacturers and retailers throughout North America, including P&G, Cadbury, J&J, Coca-Cola, Rona and Petro Canada. An author of four books and numerous journal articles, Dr. Phillips is a former professor of marketing at McGill University in Montreal and a well-known speaker for industry organizations such as POPAI and the Path to Purchase Institute.

Mikey Richardson

Mikey is an award winning design practitioner and founding partner of Jacknife. Responsible for leading creative and strategic teams, he has worked across an enormous range of industries from action sports to pharma. Before co-founding Jacknife in 2013, Mikey was a founding partner in AmoebaCorp, a company he helped build into one of Canada’s most respected design agencies over 17 years.

In addition to his role at Jacknife, Mikey has been a design and illustration educator at OCAD University. A public speaking veteran, he has had the honour of lecturing at events for organizations including The Schulich School of Business at York University, The FITC Design & Technology Festival, RGD Ontario, OCAD University, Ryerson University, Humber College and The Bell Globemedia Interactive Project Lab. Mikey is a Certified Graphic Designer with the Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario and has served as an advisor to the board of directors.

Mikey’s clients have included recognized brands such as Red Bull, Second Cup Coffee Co., Nike, WIND Mobile, Sims Snowboards, Coca-Cola, Molson Breweries, The Pop Shoppe, ING Direct, The Hudson's Bay Company, YTV, Mattel, Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment, Tetley and Universal Music.
