Guidelines & Fees

To enter, please include a 500-word case describing your entry, including objective, insight, concept, execution and results. Judges will be assessing innovation, collaboration and overall impact, so please highlight these areas where relevant to your entry.

In addition, please submit a visual component to support the written entry. Summary videos are welcome but not mandatory.

All entries must have been created and/or implemented after September 1st, 2015 and before November 4th, 2016.

Submission Checklist:

By the closing deadline of Friday, November 4th, 2016 at 5 p.m. EST, you must:

  • Complete the Online Entry Form. At any time during the preparation of your entry, you may save and return to the Online Entry Form to change or add new information. When you return to add more information to your entry, you must click "Edit" to proceed.
  • Upload visual components in support of your entry.
  • Upload Signed Entry Release Form
  • Submit payment for each entry. 
  • September 16th, Deadline (early bird)

Entry fee for first 2 entries is $265 each. For next 3 entries (subsequent entries from the same agency), the fee is $245 each. For 6+ entries (subsequent entries from same agency), the fee is $225 each.  

  • October 28th Deadline (regular)  

Entry fee for first 2 entries is $295 each. For next 3 entries (subsequent entries from the same agency), the fee is $275 each. For 6+ entries (subsequent entries from same agency), the fee is $255 each.  

  • November 4th Deadline (late) 

Entry fee for first 2 entries is $325 each. For next 3 entries (subsequent entries from the same agency), the fee is $295 each. For 6+ entries (subsequent entries from same agency), the fee is $275 each.  

You will be prompted to pay these fees by Visa, Mastercard or AMEX.
